You can make changes up to 2 hours after placing your order.
Due to the nature of the product being made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or is not the size you ordered, i.e. it was mislabeled.
Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
PLEASE NOTE: !!!!! It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you are not sure what size fits you, please refer to our size charts, we have one for each item listed in the product images. If possible measure your shirt from armpit to armpit and top to bottom and compare.
It takes 2 to 5 (3 days on average) to produce and ship the products. Then you must add shipping times (5 to 7 business days). That is the average time for it to arrive to your hands.
