Refund and Returns Policy

General Information

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of products that cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on print-on-demand or personalized items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial returns will be granted:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
